Better Than Strangers presents Another Trip Around The Sun. This group exhibition casts a discursive eye on our contemporary condition, considering where we’ve come from, where we are and where we might be going.

Fusing analog and digital visual languages, the artists’ distinct personal sensibilities are related in their attempt to navigate the strange new epoch in which we find ourselves. The work intends to provoke questions about commodity, social and institutional flux and forms of communication and representation.

Better than Strangers is an international group of artists brought together through their time with the BxNU Institute.

The collective was established on principles of diverse and democratic research and production practices in response to the current precocity of exhibition making. In this, their first ‘in real life’ show, Better than Strangers are laying the foundations for a legacy of innovative and thought provoking work.
